WRIT PETITION No.9250 of 2018 ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner claims that land admeasuring 1.12 cents in Sy No 131/R, 0.39 cents in Sy No 132/A1, 1.14 cents in 133/U1/E, 0.03 cents in Sy No 141/U/1, 0.10 cents in Sy No 142/A, 0.10 cents in Sy No 143/A, 0.05 cents in Sy No 144/A1, 0.01 cents in Sy No 145/A1, 2.20 cents in Sy No 147/E1/1 Sreenagar Village Maheswaram Mandal Ranga Reddy East Ranga Reddy district is his ancestral property and he is possession of the same since 1980. That in view of disturbances among the adjacent land owners, he has submitted F-Line application through T.S.Online Mee Seva on 29.12.2017 for demarcation of boundaries and sub division of various extents of land. Alleging inaction on the part of respondents, the present writ petition is filed. 2.

Photo copies of receipts issued by TS-Online dated 29.12.2017 are enclosed at page Nos. 28 and 29 of the paper book. 3.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader. With their consent the writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-2nd respondent to consider the application for survey in accordance with law and various circular instructions issued by the Commissioner of Survey, Settlements and Land Records, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions are closed.
