HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CRIMINAL PETITION No.2968 of 2019 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed on the petitioner-A.9 by the learned II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in Crl.M.P.No.1447 of 2019 in Crime No.109 of 2019, dated 17.05.2019. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

By the order, dated 17.05.2019, the learned II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge granted bail by imposing certain conditions, including that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Monday and Thursday between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon till the filing of the charge sheet. The petitioner has been complying with the said conditions since then and there is no adverse report from the Public Prosecutor.

Considering the above, this Court deems it appropriate to modify the aforesaid condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned on the first Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon till the filing of the charge sheet.
