THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO Crl.R.C.M.P.No.2977 of 2012 (I.A.No.1 of 2012) In/And Crl.R.C.(SR).No.28824 OF 2012 & Crl.R.C.No.1790 of 2010 COMMON ORDER:
The Crl.R.C.(SR).No.28824 of 2012 is filed assailing the order dated 20.07.2010 in taking cognizance for the offence in CC.No.1416 of 2010 on the file of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad.
The Crl.R.C.No.1790 of 2010 is filed assailing the order dated 20.07.2010 in taking cognizance for the offence in CC.No.1416 of 2010 on the file of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad.
When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the main CC.No.1416 of 2010 itself was dismissed for non-prosecution.
In view of the above submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in both the Criminal Revision Cases.
Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2012 in Crl.R.C.(SR).No.28824 of 2012 as well as both the Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
