THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION NO.9884 OF 2008 ORDER:

This writ Petition has been filed by the APSRTC against the Award passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Ananthapur in I.D. No.195 of 2004 dated 23.12.2006. The 1st respondent herein is the workman who approached the Tribunal, and the 2nd respondent is the Tribunal itself which is merely a proforma party. By proceedings dated 24.06.2011, the Writ Petition was dismissed for default against the 1st respondent. As the 2nd respondent is merely a proforma party, the Writ Petition must be dismissed against the 2nd respondent also. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
