This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.593 of 2016 from the file of the Family Courtcum-V Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner before the Family Court-cum-V Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam, on each and every date of adjournment. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner in O.P.No.593 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court-cum-V Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam, is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, she shall appear before the Family Court as and when her presence is so required.

With the above observation, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
