ORDER:

Challenging the action of respondents in changing the date of birth of the petitioner from 20.06.1958 to 16.06.1956 and consequential proceedings dated 2.5.2016 issued by the second respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed. It is represented by learned Counsel for the petitioner that this Court in similar and identical circumstances, disposed of Writ Petition No. 33343 of 2012 and batch, dated 31.03.2015 and a copy of the said order has been placed on record.

In the circumstances, following the order dated 31.03.2015 rendered in Writ Petition No. 33343 of 2012 and batch and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
