THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9244 OF 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energy (Telangana) appearing for respondent No.1, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4. 2.
When the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in identical circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.17501 of 2017 and batch by way of a common order, dated 02.06.2017, and a copy of the same is placed on record along with the writ petition as a material paper. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:
"As the above interim orders itself cover the main relief of all these writ petitions, these Writ Petitions can be and accordingly disposed of with direction to the TSSPDCL Authorities to obtain undertaking affidavits and then conditionally release the power supply to the buildings of the petitioners, which is no doubt subject to compliance of all other statutory requirements by the petitioners and with the condition that in the event of refusal of grant of occupancy certificate by the concerned local Authorities viz. Panchayat or Municipality or Municipal Corporation or other Authorities as the case may be within a prescribed period, the respondents withdraw the power supply, without any need of even prior notice for such withdrawal being the conditional one." 3.
Following the said common order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the common order, dated 02.06.2017, in W.P.No.17501 of 2017 and batch to this order. 5.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
