ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 7 in not taking action on the representation dated 19.09.2007 made by the petitioner and against respondent No.8-Crushers. Heard Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as the 8th respondent has been carrying on illegal blasting activities, the petitioner submitted a representation on 19.09.2007 and respondents 1 to 7 are not taking any action against respondent No.8.

A counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of the 5th respondent wherein it is stated that the 5th respondent has visited the said site and the 8th respondent has given an undertaking that he would not conduct any blasting operation in the area and since then no blasting activity is being carried on and more over, this Court vide order dated 17.12.2012 dismissed the writ petition against the 8th respondent as the conditional order dated 5.9.2012 has not been complied with.

Since one of the official respondents has filed counter affidavit to the effect that no illegal blasting activity is going on, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
