When the Writ Petition was listed on 23.01.2015, learned Counsel for the petitioners was absent. Today also when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioners and the learned Counsel for the petitioners is absent.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
