This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Sessions Case No.92 of 2012 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, against the petitioner-A.3 for the offences under Sections 302, 394 r/w 34 I.P.C. and Section 394 r/w 109 I.P.C. and Section 202 I.P.C. 2.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

It is submitted by Sri Shaik Jilani, learned counsel for the petitioner-A.3 that he has given no objection to the petitioner-A.3 and returned the records. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner-A.3. It appears, the petitioner-A.3 has no interest to pursue the matter.

Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall also stand dismissed.
