In this writ petition petitioner challenges the order of transfer dated 15.05.2013, whereunder petitioner was transferred from Jagityal Municipality to Sircilla Municipality. At the stage of admission, no interim order was granted in favour of the petitioner. 3.

According to the averments in the counter filed on behalf of the Regional Director-cum-Appellate Commissioner of Municipal Administration, it is stated that petitioner joined in Sircilla Municipality on 23.05.2013.

Since petitioner already joined in Sircilla Municipality on 23.05.2013 and as the issue in the writ petition relates to transfer, the Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep it pending.

Accordingly the Writ Petition (Tr) is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition (Tr) shall stand closed.
