This is an old case pertaining to 2005.Even after so many adjournments, when the case is called, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation. This Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the case. Hence, the criminal revision case is dismissed for default/non-prosecution.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
