ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of the order, dated 07.11.2014 in I.A.No.1547 of 2013 in O.A.No.874 of 2013 on the file of learned Andhra Pradesh Endowments Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'). At the hearing, Sri P.Krishna Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submitted that this Court has disposed of C.R.P.No.1068 of 2015 and batch, on 27.03.2015, filed questioning similar interlocutory orders with certain directions, while declining to interfere with the direction issued by the Tribunal to the petitioners therein to deposit certain amounts every month towards damages for use and occupation of the schedule properties therein. Following the aforementioned order, this Civil Revision Petition is also

disposed of with the direction that the observations and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Revision Petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.1944 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim suspension shall stand disposed of as infructuous. __________________________ (C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J) 17th April, 2015 GHN
