The petitioners made representation on 01.04.2011 in Public Services Centre located in the Office of the Tahsildar, Tangutur Village and Mandal, Prakasham District for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Revenue Title Deed to them.

The petitioners contended that respondents 3 and 4 have not passed any orders thereon.

Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the petitioners' representation within (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision therein to the petitioner.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioners' dt.01.04.2011 within (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision therein to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
