THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.41873 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2016 for issuance of Tenancy Certificate under Section 38-E of A.P. (T.A.) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, is illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.26.09.2016."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 26.09.2016 made by the petitioner at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same, provided the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Valigonda Mandal (R.4) to consider

CPK,J WP_41873_2016 the representation dated 26.09.2016 made by the petitioner for issuance of 38-E Certificate or other suitable certificate under A.P. (T.A.) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons, if any.
