This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No. 23 of 2018 of Gandhinagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 323 and 506 IPC.

Investigation reported to be pending.

It is seen that investigation is in the nascent stage and it contains the prima facie accusation against the petitioner/accused. Having regard to it, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. Hence, investigation shall go on. However, having regard to the nature of the offences mentioned supra, the Investigating Officer, during the course of investigation shall strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C towards the petitioner/accused and the petitioner/accused also shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
