HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.R.P.No.3445 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 09.07.2015, passed in I.A.No.196 of 2014 in O.S.No.19 of 2012 by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Nagarkurnool.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the very suit in O.S.No.19 of 2012 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Nagarkurnool, was decreed with costs on 24.08.2017, and even Execution Petition is also filed and pending on the file of very same Court.

4. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
