ORDER
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 to 4.
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd and 4th respondents in not releasing the essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop No.519, beside Priya Darshini School, Golconda Fort, Hyderabad, as arbitrary and illegal. Petitioner is the dealer of fair price shop No.519, beside Priya Darshini School, Golconda Fort, Hyderabad and her authorization is valid upto 31.03.2015. On 26.03.2015, the vigilance officials along with Deputy Tahasildar, inspected the fair price shop of the petitioner, verified the stock, found certain variations and seized the available stock. Thereafter, the 3rd and 4th respondents stopped supplying the essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is running the said fair price shop without any complaint. He further submits that though the authorization of the petitioner is neither suspended nor cancelled, the 3rd and 4th respondents are not supplying the essential commodities to her fair price shop. Under these circumstances, the 3rd and 4th respondents are directed to supply the essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner during subsistence of her authorization. However, this order does not preclude the competent authority to conduct enquiry into the allegations levelled against the petitioner and pass
final orders.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
