J U D G M E N T

Sri P.R.Balarami Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants in this second appeal, addressed letter dated 04.04.2017 to the Registry stating that the parties to the appeal had settled the matter out of Court and had entered into a compromise reduced to the Memorandum of Understanding dated 29.03.2017. He therefore sought leave to withdraw the second appeal.
