When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation submits that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 13.08.2003 in WPMP No.21088 of 2003, the petitioner was continued in service and hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
