Learned counsel for the petitioner addressed letter, dated 22.6.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that the petitioner intends to withdraw the Writ Petition and seeks permission for withdrawing the Writ Petition. In view of the said letter, permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
