HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.5304 OF 2016 ORDER :

Mrs. B.Rachna, learned counsel for the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4, is present.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a report on 25.04.2016, indicating that the dispute is "civil in nature" and sought permission of the concerned learned Magistrate to close the crime, and therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
