Heard Mr.Mavidi Rama Rao for petitioners and Mr.N.Sriram Murthy for respondent. The C.R.P. is directed against the order in E.A.No.329 of 2004 in O.S.No.299 of 1988. Counsel for the petitioners submits that through decree and judgment dated 04.12.2009 in O.S. Nos.107 of 2001 and 14 of 2003, the decree and the judgment in O.S.No.299 of 1988 are set aside. Since the very decree which is put to execution in the instant E.P. is set aside, no further order in the revision is required. The statement is placed on record. Civil Revision Petition is closed accordingly. No order as to costs.
