Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

Since it is stated that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent against the termination order dated 02.09.2008 passed by the 4th respondent, is pending, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the said appeal, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
