This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 21 of A.P. Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973 assailing the order dated 22.09.2016 passed in Land Reform Appeal No.1 of 2007 on the file of the Chairman, Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Court, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to approach the Government. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
