ORDER

When the matter is called, it is represented by the petitioner's counsel and the learned Government Pleader for respondent that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.25168 of 2004 dated 16.03.2005 and a copy of the same is also placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The relevant paragraph of the said order reads as under;

"Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, one month's time is granted from today to enable the petitioner to produce all the valid records of stage carriage bus before the respondents. On producing such records, the respondents shall take necessary steps to issue stage carriage permit. If the petitioner fails to produce valid records within one month from today he is not entitled for any stage carriage permit".

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Office shall annex a copy of the said order to this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________ A. V. SESHA SAI, J 27th June, 2016 sj
