Learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri B.G.Ravinder Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, submits that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common judgments passed by Division Benches of this court in W.P.No.6363 of 2009 and batch dated 16.10.2015 and in W.A.No.200 of 2016 and batch dated 16.03.2016, whereby the claim of the petitioners therein was rejected.

In view of the same, and for the reasons alike, the present writ petition is also dismissed.
