This petition is filed, by the petitioners, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in S.C.No.44 of 2013 on the file of the court of Special Sessions Judge for trial of cases under SCs & STs (POA) Act.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the impugned CC ended in acquittal vide judgment, dated 05.08.2013.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
