It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondent-Company that the affairs of the respondentCompany were subject matter in I.A.No.66 of in CP(IB) No.41/7/HDB/2017 before the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, the resolution proposal made by M/s SREI Multiple Asset Investment Trust-Vision was approved, and the claim of the petitioner also forms part of the settlement arrived in the said Resolution Plan. In those circumstances, nothing survives in the Company Petition. Accordingly, the company petition is closed. No costs.
