HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO W.P.No.8264 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 to 4. This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not receiving the demand draft and not releasing the essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop No.224004, Tatagudi Centre, Bhadrachalam, Khammam District, as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that even though the authorization of the petitioner is subsisting, the essential commodities are not being allotted to her fair price shop and the demand draft drawn by her has not been received by the respondent-authorities. Under these circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to allot essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner during subsistence of her authorization. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
