HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30456 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus for promoting the petitioner as Head Master in any Mandal of Guntur District. The petitioner is presently working as a School Assistant in Social Studies at Z.P. High School, Unnava, Edlapadu Mandal, Guntur District.

The learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submits that the petitioner had to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal for such a relief.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal for appropriate relief. No order as to costs.
