HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO W.P.No.5253 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking any action on the representation dated 14.2.2015 submitted by the petitioners, as arbitrary and illegal.

The first petitioner is the resident of Madhavaram Village, Thallur Mandal, Prakasam District. The 3rd respondent appointed the 5th respondent as dealer of fair price shop No.23, Madhavaram Village, Thallur Mandal, Prakasam District. It is submitted that since the date of her appointment, she had never gone to the said price shop and distributed the essential commodities, one Jinkala Srinivasa Reddy took over the said price shop from the 5th respondent and he is running the aforesaid shop, during the course of which, he committed certain irregularities.

Hence, the petitioners submitted a representation dated 14.2.2015 to the 3rd respondent for removal of dealership of the 5th respondent.

The grievance of the petitioners is that so far the 3rd respondent has not taken any action on the representation dated 14.2.2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the representation dated 14.2.2015 submitted by the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
