The learned counsel, having regard to the objections taken in the counter affidavit filed by the 1st respondent, requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail all available remedies against the complained action against Vijaya Bank/2nd respondent.

By according liberty as prayed for, the wit petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
