The parties and counsel for parties respectively of both appeals present and submit as true from reading out the terms of the compromise sought for recording in both the appeals. As they accepted the terms as true and voluntarily entered into, the same is recorded and both the appeals are decreed to the extent in terms of the compromise and the compromise memo is also appended as part of the decree of compromise in both the appeals respectively. The parties are entitled to take back the documents filed by them by filing appropriate return applications subject to undertaking to produce as and when required of the respective documents and on proper acknowledgment and identification.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
