This writ petition is filed by the petitioners apprehending that recovery order will be issued in pursuance of the orders impugned herein. But no order of recovery has been issued. In the absence of any consequential proceedings, this writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, if any consequential proceedings are issued, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the same. No costs.
