After arguing the matter for some time, petitioner-inperson seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge Office Order bearing No.A.II-1/2012-13-GCRRY(Bldg), dated -Nil- October, 2012 passed by DIGP, GC CRPF, RRY.

Permission is granted and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
