Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file fresh petition in case the charge sheet is filed to question the same on the ground of maintainability. Permission is accorded.

Giving liberty to the petitioners to do so, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
