The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in Crime No.317 of 2022 of L.B. Nagar Law and Order Police Station, Rachakonda.

No representation on petitioner's side on call. 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, submits, on written instructions, that charge sheet is laid and therefore, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh petition in case the cause survives.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
