Mr.D.L.Pandu after arguing the writ petition for some time reading out the counter-affidavit of respondent No.8 fairly submits that wisdom and peace would have prevailed at the subject location. Therefore, he does not have fresh instructions.

I have perused order dated 01.12.2013. This Court is of the view that apprehending breach of peace and tranquility in the locality at the instance of two rival groups and to prevent such occurrence, the order has been issued. With the passage of time, all wounds must have been healed by the parties. Mr.D.L.Pandu submits that no further order is necessary.
3. The Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 4.
