This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order and decree dated 24.02.2018 passed in I.A.No.1199 of 2017 in O.P.No.1289 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
