HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.5300 OF 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring that the first respondent has no power to initiate any disciplinary proceedings against the temple employees including the petitioner as the temple has not crossed the income of Rs.10,00,000/- per annum and consequently set aside the proceedings in RC.No.1 of 1998 dated 12.08.1998 for lack of source of power and jurisdiction and pass such other necessary orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the orders passed in Writ Appeal No.1564 of 2004 dated 29.09.2011, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
