HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1193 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt case is filed alleging violation of orders dated 13-042015 passed in W.P.M.P.No.13325 of 2015 in W.P.No.10124 of 2015.

It is stated that pursuant to the order, the respondentMunicipality issued notice to the builders and final orders were also passed and part of the constructions were demolished. Mean while, one of the plot owners filed W.P.No.15438 of 2015 and obtained order of status quo on 14-06-2015. As such, no further action can be taken.

In view of the same, the direction issued in the present writ petition is only to receive and process the petitioner's complaint dated 03-01-2015. Since it is stated that the complaint was processed and notice was issued to the un-official respondents and action for demolition was initiated and in the meanwhile, one of the plot owners filed writ petition and status-quo order was granted, as such the respondents have not committed any violation of orders of this Court dated 13-04-2015 passed in W.P.M.P.No.13325 of 2015 in W.P.No.10124 of 2015.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
