(Cause title i.e., Respondent 4 is amended as per Court order dated 3.11.2015 in WPMP No.45471 of 2015) .....RESPONDENTS WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri T.C. KRISHNAN presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Certiorari call for the records relating to OA No. 4241/2012 Dt. 29.4.2015 on the file of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad and quash the same as illegal in so far as directing the respondent to regularize the service of the applicant w.e.f. 1.10.2010 instead of 18.12.1986 on par with Pentamma or from April, 2003 the date on which the petitioner acquired requisite qualification in the interest of justice;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T.C. KRISHNAN Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;
