The instant writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing call letters to the petitioners for attending the posts of Junior Linemen and others as per eligibility, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Perused the contents of affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.
3.
While admitting the writ petition, this Court, by order dated 16.05.2007, gave interim direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for the post of Junior Lineman along with others, as per law.
4.
Today, when the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners.
