HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.R.P.No.3485 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 26.06.2015, passed in I.A.No.500 of 2012 in O.P.No.1552 of 2013 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main O.P. was dismissed for default on 18.09.2015, whereas, the present revision petition was filed on 26.08.2015.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the request, in case, the said O.P. is restored to file.
