When the matter was listed on 30.09.2019 and 17.10.2019, there was no representation for the writ petitioner. As such, the matter was directed to be listed next week under the caption 'for Dismissal'.

Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the writ petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for Dismissal'.
