THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Writ Petition No.37472 of 2014 ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of Ac.1.25 cents of land in survey No.206/1 of Yetavakili Village, Punganur Mandal, Chittoor District. An extent of Ac.0.18 cents of land in survey No.192/2 of the said village is adjacent to the land in survey No.206/1 and the petitioner is in occupation and enjoyment of the same. The petitioner has made representations, dated 21.03.2014 and 21.08.2014, to respondents 2 to 4, with a prayer to grant patta in terms of B.S.O.15(10)(5) of the A.P. Board Stand Orders. He further claims that he is the Sivoi jamaidar.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Interests of justice would be met, if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner, subject to the Board Standing Orders and dispose of the representations. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondents 2 to 4 to consider the case of the petitioner and subject to his eligibility, dispose of the representations for grant of patta. This exercise shall be completed by the respondents within a period of three months from today. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
