HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.11301 of 2019 ORDER:

The S.C/S.T/B.C people Housing Welfare Association, Hyderabad filed this Writ Petition assailing the action of the revenue authorities in not allotting house sites to its members in the extent of Ac.26-00 guntas in Sy.No.59 of Kondapur Village, Serilingamaplly Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Perusal of the record reflects that communications were addressed to the authorities to allot house sites to 309 members of the petitionerassociation. This communication was made as long back as on 25.11.2011.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would inform this Court that as per the policy now in existence, individual applications would be entertained for allotment of Two BHK apartments to eligible beneficiaries. He would therefore assert that if any members of the petitioner-association submitted individual applications, they would have a cause of action and that it would be difficult to respond to a general grievance made on their behalf by the association. This Court finds merit in this submission. It would be for the individual members of the petitioner-association to come forward and ventilate their grievance separately, so that the authorities can also deal with the same on a case to case basis.

On this short ground, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the members of the petitioner-association to individually file cases in relation to their separate causes of action.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall also dismissed. No order as to costs.
