This Criminal Petition is Iiled by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings against her in C.C.No-2O9 ol 2019 on the frle of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Madhira. 2.

Heard Mr.Chennaiah, learned counsel representing Mr.P.Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Ganesh, Iearned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No. 2 -State.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by filing the copy of e-Courts proceedings, submits that C.C.No.2O9 of 20 19 has ended up in acquittal vide judgment dated 15.07.2024 before the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Madhira and no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss this Criminal Petition as infructuous.
