..... Respondents WHEREAS the petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, the above case through his counsel Sri M. Ratna Reddy, praying the High Court to summon the respondent Nos.2 & 3 in Writ Petition and punish them for not complying the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated: 09-11-2015 passed in WPMP No.41613 of 2015 in WP No.32206 of 2015 for willful disobedience;
WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and the order of the High Court dated 29-4-2016 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M. Ratna Reddy, Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Endowments (AP), for the respondents, made the following ORDER:
"Prima facie, the order of this Court is violated. Learned Government Pleader requests two weeks time for reporting compliance.
Time as sought is granted. If the order is not complied with before the next date of hearing, the Deputy Commissioner, Endowments, Guntur shall appear.
Post on 08-07-2016."
